The Human Resources Department is responsible for the management of employee benefits, employee records, recruiting, onboarding and orientation, collective bargaining/ union contract negotiations, and provides support to departments and employees for all employee relations issues.
This department is also responsible for Risk Management including Worker’s Compensation and liability claims.
