Public records can be requested from the Administration Department. Although not a requirement, we would prefer that you put your request in writing to make it clear exactly what information you are looking for. There is a fee associated with a request and it is based on .15 per copy page PLUS research time. Research time is based on the number of hours times (X) the hourly salary of the employee performing the research. Hourly salary varies from department to department and position to position. Some information comes from other departments, but ALL requests for information are placed and paid through the Administration Department.
