Money orders and checks can be made payable to the City of Port Richey and must be postmarked on or before the due date. The City of Port Richey does not accept in-person payments. All payments are made through American Traffic Solutions. Service fees apply.
A signed and dated coupon, located on the back of the Notice of Violation, must be submitted on or before the due date to request a hearing. If the Notice of Violation is upheld, the petitioner will be required to pay $158, plus administrative fees and municipal costs. Written hearing requests are accepted. All hearing requests must include contact information and the Notice of Violation number.
Transfer of Liability forms can be found on http://www.Violationinfo.com. All affidavits must be sworn before a notary public. When you assert that another person is responsible, you must provide the name, address, date of birth, and, if known, the driver’s license number of the person who had care, custody, or control of the vehicle at the time of the violation. Failure to comply with requirements will result in a rejected Transfer of Liability. When submitting an affidavit, it must be postmarked on or before the due date specified on the Notice of Violation.
