Did you know we offer a Residential Grant Program to assist City of Port Richey Residents located within the Community Redevelopment District? The grant program is designed to promote residential maintenance by encouraging homeowners to improve and maintain the exterior of their homes.
The list of eligible improvements include:
Dock/Seawall Repair
Driveway Repair
Exterior Doors
Exterior Painting
Exterior Screen Work
Facade Improvements
Fascia & Soffit
Fence Repair/Replacement
Gutters
Roofs
Stairs/Ramps/Handrails
Windows
**IMPORTANT REMINDER** grant funds WILL NOT be awarded if work has been started or completed prior to completing the proper application process, approval and inspections.
