A Hard Freeze Warning is in effect for Pasco County extending South. In addition, a Wind Chill Advisory is also in effect for the entire Tampa Bay area. Gusty winds over the eastern gulf will produce hazardous boating conditions warranting the issuance of a Gale Warning and a Small Craft Advisory through this evening. High surf and high risk of Rip Currents is also expected at local beaches.
